Our Marketing Specialist plays a key role in driving measurable results for our clients through strategic digital advertising. This role blends analytical thinking and creative execution — planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
You’ll help translate marketing objectives into high-performing ad campaigns, while developing compelling creative and messaging that captures attention, communicates value, and drives action.
Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute digital advertising strategies aligned with client goals and overall marketing objectives.
- Plan and manage campaign structures across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Conduct audience research, keyword planning, and competitive analysis to inform campaign direction.
- Allocate and manage budgets effectively across campaigns to maximize performance.
- Stay up to date on platform updates, advertising trends, and best practices.
Campaign Execution, Creative & Optimization
- Build, launch, and manage campaigns across search, display, social, and video platforms.
- Write and develop ad copy that is clear, compelling, and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Collaborate on or create ad creative (images, video, variations) designed to improve performance.
- Apply storytelling principles to craft messaging that resonates with target audiences while driving conversions.
- Continuously monitor campaigns and optimize for key KPIs including CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROAS.
- Test and iterate on audiences, creative, placements, and bidding strategies.
- Ensure campaigns are properly set up with tracking, conversions, and tagging.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using platform analytics and reporting tools.
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations to improve results.
- Prepare regular reports highlighting performance, learnings, and next steps.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align on performance goals and strategy adjustments.
Content & Creative Collaboration
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad assets that align with campaign objectives.
- Provide direction on high-performing content based on data and platform trends.
- Support organic content initiatives where needed, ensuring alignment between paid and organic strategies.
- Contribute to messaging and storytelling that strengthens overall campaign effectiveness.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and broader team to ensure campaigns align with overall strategy.
- Participate in campaign planning, brainstorming, and performance reviews.
- Support cross-channel marketing initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes.
