Job Summary
The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager in driving the execution of multi-channel creative projects across film, design, web, and social. This role focuses on maintaining schedules, tracking deliverables, and ensuring that all project components move through the workflow efficiently. The Coordinator is responsible for clear communication between departments, timely documentation, and accurate progress reporting. This position is primarily operational — not creative — and exists to ensure that every task, milestone, and handoff is completed on time, on scope, and within process.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution Support
- Coordinate daily project tasks, ensuring alignment between the Project Manager, team leads, and creative staff.
- Maintain and update project timelines, task boards, and deliverable trackers.
- Monitor task completion and proactively flag potential risks or blockers to the Project Manager.
- Assist with preparing project documentation, client communications, and internal briefs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a communication bridge between teams working on design, film, web, and social projects.
- Ensure that each department receives accurate information, files, and direction to meet deadlines.
- Participate in internal project check-ins and capture action items for follow-up.
Operational Support
- Track project time and resource allocations under the direction of the Project Manager.
- Assist with vendor coordination, file organization, and logistics for shoots, web launches, or campaign activations.
- Maintain clear records of approvals, feedback, and deliverable versions.
Quality and Delivery
- Support review and quality control processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client expectations.
- Help collect post-project feedback for process improvement.

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, account management, or production support in a creative or media agency.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Google Workspace).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and follow-through.
- Working understanding of creative production (film, design, web, or social) preferred.
