Iconium Media exists to enable both our team and our clients to Aim High, Think Big, and Take Risks. At the beginning of every project, we focus on the biggest picture we can: not only results, not only conversion, but transformation. Seeking the best-case scenario for every endeavour, we embrace a healthy disregard for the impossible. Our brand and logo is a visual representation of our mission, team, and process.
The triangular symbol evokes a prism. As light hits a prism, it’s transformed into a beautiful proliferation of colour. When we take on your vision, you’ll come to see its full potential.
Red, blue, and yellow are symbols of integrated media. When these primary colours collaborate—like the coming together of diverse, complementary media—they create a countless array of unique possibilities.
The upward arrow formed by the triangle is a symbol of acceleration, aiming high, thinking big, and a mindset of constant improvement.
What it means
We specialize in integrated media, a collaborative art of design, film, web, and social advertising, to tell one story… yours.
Our mission is to accelerate yours
Acceleration, innovation, and continual improvement, are visually represented by arrows and patterns demonstrating motion.
We collaborate to create beauty
A countless array of unique possibilities forge into compelling design when primary colours come together.
We expand your vision
As light hits a prism, it’s transformed into a beautiful proliferation of colour.
The name Iconium is imbued with connotations of perseverance, service, and creativity.
Itis “a baby name that means Coming. People with this name have a deep inner desire to serve humanity and to give to others by sharing money, knowledge and experience, or creative and artistic ability. People with this name tend to be creative and excellent at expressing themselves. They are drawn to the arts, and often enjoy life immensely. They are often the center of attention, and enjoy careers that put them in the limelight.”
At the time of Iconium Media’s establishment, founder Karen Schenk had just read a story of a man who was shipwrecked and tried to find his way back to land. Three times he was shipwrecked and yet he pursued the promise he knew he’d been given. When the day finally came that he was rescued, he resumed the course. After all of the mishaps and difficulties he encountered, finally he was headed towards his mission. It was at that time that he and his partner “shook the dust off their feet and headed to Iconium” (Acts 13:51).
This story gave Karen hope that no amount of difficulties would hinder her from doing what she was called to do. The name Iconium, a destination at the end of a long road of trials, was the perfect fit for the vision and values of our agency.
