Our studio has several staged spaces—complete with large windows and natural lighting—that could be modified with our props, decor, and furniture. The design team is available to stage your desired aesthetic (additional cost to rental rate). These spaces are available during non-business hours.
The sunroom is a bright, airy space that invites the outdoors inside. Its unusual and interesting shape complements out-of-the-box thinking.
The lounge is an open, highly customizable space that can transform with furniture and decor.
The sitting room is a Parisian-inspired space with diverse seating and dynamic background decor options.
$45 per room/hour + base rental. Rent our studio and multiple rooms for a variety of looks.
$100/hour to design and stage a space to meet your requirements.
A green room and makeup station is available with rental.
For podcasts, music, V/O, or your next audio project from recording to mixing and mastering.
Armed with an array of equipment, our filmmakers are experts at capturing your lighting vision.
Our filmmakers and photographers are ready to man the cameras so you can focus on creativity.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations 24 hours before your booking start time.
Cleaning fee: A minimum $75 cleaning fee will be charged if the studio is left in a disorderly fashion.
Damage fee: Rentee is responsible for any damages incurred. Outdoor shoes are not permitted in the cyc wall area of the studio. Indoor non-marking shoes are required.
