I hereby release the image, likeness and the sound recording of me as recorded for use by Iconium Media in whole or in part for the purpose of broadcast and distribution without limitation through any means. I consent to the use of my image and/or voice for use by Iconium Media or it’s clients.
It is understood that my participation is independent of any agreements of compensation. It is understood that Iconium Media is under no obligation to broadcast the production(s) or series. I further agree that my participation in the production confers upon me no rights to use, ownership or copyright. I release Iconium Inc., their employees, agents, and assigns from all liability which may arise from any and/or all claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation in the production(s).
