Rachel Stephens is passionate about seeing organizations succeed through the influence that comes when a powerful message reaches the masses. She loves getting to walk alongside people who have innovative ideas and messages to share and implement up-to-date practices to get those ideas out into the world. Rachel is currently pursuing her MA in Global Strategic Communication at the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and has been working in the field of digital communication and marketing since 2017.

Though a natural creative, Rachel loves digging into the social science of communication and learning about why we communicate the way we do. She brings strategy and efficiency to every project and loves to make others shine in what often feels like a digitally oversaturated world. When not working, you’ll find her writing and playing music or adventuring somewhere new with her husband Viktor.
